Do you ship to me?Non plant items are available to ship to all states however, for plants we ship Australia wide excluding the quarrantine states (TAS, WA, NT). At checkout you can select your location from the options available. For orders to TAS and WA which requires a Plant Health Certificate and inspection by Tasmanian and Western Australian Biosecutiry to meet Quarantine specifications it is the buyer's responsibility to organise the correct courier and paperwork to pick up from us.

How much is shipping?Shipping is based on the size and weight of the cart at checkout and the location the order is being shipped to. Check item description to check if prices include shipping or is additional cost depending on location and item ordered.

Do you have online layby?Currently we are not set up for this service as we are starting out however there is intentions to expand and include this service in the near future.

When will my orders be sent?Orders are sent Monday to avoid plants in transit over the weekend, although sometimes this is unavoidable. Order cut off time is 8pm Saturdays. This means an order placed Sunday will be shipped in 8 days time, where as an order placed before 8pm on Saturday will be shipped in 2 days time.

Can I add to my order?We are happy for you to add to an existing order up to 8pm Saturday when the weeks cycle ends. This can be done by notifying us with your previous order reference number to organise consolidated shipping. If more shipping is required, we will contact you directly for this to be paid before the order is sent.

Who will deliver my orders?We currently use Australia Post (eParcel, Express and Standard post). Once an order is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Oasis Folia. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more.

Can I Click & Collect?Place a Click and Collect order by emailing us for pick up. Click and Collect will allow you to enquire about your plants first and modify your order. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID. Please collect your ‘Click & Collect’ purchases within a week of purchase. If you are unable to make it in within a week please contact us via email. If your order is not collected 7 days after purchase with no contact from you, no refunds will be given and the order will be voided.

Where is my tracking?Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided by the carrier Oasis Folia has selected. The emails will therefore come from from Australia Post under 'PY Wong'; as the sender. Having the Australia Post tracking app on your phone is the best way to be up to date with any order coming from eParcel, Express and Standard post.

Can I pre-order or hold an item?No, we don't do holds however pre-orders are welcomed (depending on availability) with a deposit on any custom orders. Following us is the best way to be up to date.

Do you ship bare rooted?Yes this can be arranged however Oasis Folia do not hold any responsibility for any damage incurred during transit or delays caused by transit. Where possible we will attempt to ship plant in the pot or arrange pick up if local in the state.

Why does my plant look different from the website?Live plants will have variations in colour, number of leaves and size. While we make every effort to display our potted plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.

What about returns & refunds?We do not accept change of mind returns. We do not accept returns or refunds if your plant dies or if you aren't happy with the condition of them due to it being damaged during transit or if you are disappointed due to the plant differing from the product image online. Unfortunately due to the nature of live plants we are unable to offer refund for plants returned to us as they may not be return in a condition fit for resale. This applies to both in-store and online purchases

Can I cancel my order?Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours. Please email oasisfolia@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. Sale items are an exception and cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.
