SHIPPING POLICY
We have a range of shipping options available depending on location. Please refer to specific product listing or get in touch at oasisfolia@gmail.com to chat about your preferred mode of shipping/click & collect.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept change of mind returns. We do not accept returns or refunds if your plant dies or
if you aren't happy with the condition of them due to it being damaged during transit or if you are
disappointed due to the plant differing from the product image online.
Unfortunately due to the nature of live plants we are unable to offer refund for plants returned to us
as they may not be return in a condition fit for resale. This applies to both in-store and online
purchases
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours. Please email oasisfolia@gmail.com if you wish to
cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you
and can no longer be cancelled.
Sale items are an exception and cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.
